We start with your goals, stores and existing systems, configure the program, and set the launch date together. Often we run a pilot in a few stores, expanding only once it’s running smoothly. After launch, we stay available for questions and adjustments.

It’s mainly used by checkout staff: they search for the card, see points and rewards, and apply coupons in just a few steps. Training is designed for staff working in-store every day and focuses on practical actions to take in front of the customer.
